Legal terms governing donations and participation with VisionIndia Foundation.

1. Non-Profit Status

VisionIndia Foundation is an authentic charitable public trust registered in West Bengal, India. All funds received are exclusively allocated toward non-profit humanitarian interventions for children, education, health relief, and livelihood support.

2. Donation & Refund Policy

All voluntary financial gifts made to VisionIndia Foundation are non-refundable once an official 80G tax receipt has been generated. If an erroneous transaction or duplicate charge occurs, please inform us within 7 days at VisionIndia@gmail.com for resolution.

3. Governing Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim related to the foundation's operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Malda, West Bengal, India.
